General Terms and Acceptance

1.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
1.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the 111rr Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 111rr with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
Binding Agreement
Registration on 111rr constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. No use of the platform is permitted without prior acceptance.
Right to Amend
111rr may update these Terms at any time. Continued platform use after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
English Version Controls
The English-language version of these Terms is authoritative. Any discrepancy with translated summaries is resolved in favour of the English text.
Eligibility and Age Restriction
The 111rr platform is available exclusively to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age. The 111rr platform is strictly an 18+ service. Registration, play, deposits, and withdrawals are all forbidden to persons under the age of 18.

2.1 Age Verification
111rr is firmly committed to preventing underage gambling. During the account registration process, you are required to declare that you meet the minimum age requirement. Before processing your first withdrawal, 111rr will request documentary proof of age in the form of a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or an equivalent government-issued photo identity document.
If 111rr has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account pending age verification, withhold any withdrawals until verification is complete , and permanently close the account if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to confirmed underage access will be forfeited and will not be returned.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each eligible player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 111rr platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

Account Registration and Security

You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and entitles 111rr to suspend or permanently close your account without notice and without liability to you.
3.1 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 111rr account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account login details with any other person. 111rr will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you, unless you have notified us in writing that your account has been compromised.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 111rr support immediately via the in-platform help channel. 111rr recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Bangladesh mobile number as an additional layer of account protection. 111rr will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your full password — any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support without engaging with it.
3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
In accordance with our commitment to responsible gaming and financial integrity, 111rr may at any time — and must before processing your first withdrawal — require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process requires submission of:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (Bangladesh National Identity Card or passport)
- Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., confirmation of your bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
- A selfie or live photo for identity matching purposes, if requested
KYC verification is a one-time process. Once your account is verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without repeated identity checks unless 111rr has specific grounds to request re-verification. 4.1 Deposit Conditions
All deposits to your 111rr account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including payment accounts belonging to family members — are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your verified identity, 111rr reserves the right to hold the deposit pending investigation and may return the funds to the originating payment method.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches your verified identity. You may not request a withdrawal to a payment method different from the one used to make your most recent deposit, unless the original method is no longer available and alternative arrangements have been agreed with 111rr support in writing.
111rr does not impose artificial delays on withdrawal processing. Withdrawals are processed as expeditiously as practicable, subject to KYC verification status, any active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been met, and standard financial processing timelines outside of 111rr's control.
4.3 Fraudulent Transactions
Any attempt to deposit funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, the forfeiture of any associated balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities. 111rr cooperates fully with financial fraud investigations and will provide transaction data to relevant authorities upon lawful request.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using low-risk or mathematically certain betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational play intent; colluding with other players to pass bonus funds between accounts; and exploiting technical errors or miscalculated promotional terms to obtain bonuses not legitimately earned.
Where 111rr determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, the platform reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings, reverse transactions, and permanently close the account. Decisions regarding bonus abuse determinations are made at the sole discretion of 111rr.

In-play bets are accepted subject to the prevailing market odds at the time the bet is confirmed by the platform. Bets placed after a market is suspended, after an event has concluded, or on the basis of a known outcome are void and will be cancelled without payout regardless of the displayed odds at the time of placement.

Account Suspension and Closure
111rr reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where the platform has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where continued account operation poses a risk to the platform's integrity, or where legal or regulatory obligations require account action.
8.1 Player-Initiated Closure
You may request the closure of your 111rr account at any time by contacting support via the in-platform help channel. Upon receipt of a verified closure request, 111rr will process any pending withdrawals of legitimate balance prior to account closure, provided that KYC verification is complete and no Terms violations are under investigation at the time of the request.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period directly from within their account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period has fully elapsed. 111rr will not accept any request to lift a self-exclusion early, regardless of the circumstances stated by the player. 8.3 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months or more. 111rr will notify the registered email address before taking any action on an inactive account. If the account remains inactive following notification, 111rr reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ৳200 per month against the remaining balance, or to close the account and return the verified residual balance to the last verified payment method on record.
Close Your Account Anytime
Player-initiated account closure requests are processed promptly via in-platform support. Any verified pending balance is paid out before closure.
Self-Exclusion Cannot Be Reversed Early
Once self-exclusion is activated, 111rr will not accept requests to lift the exclusion before the selected period expires — this protects players from impulsive reversal decisions.
